At a time counts what exists right now — finish a task or end an offer and the slot comes back. Per month resets on the 1st, on its own. Prices are in USD.
Placement is sold separately
Featured listings and the numbered positions at the top of the home page are bought for a period of time, not included in any plan. No subscription moves a business up the page, and no plan is needed to buy a position.
Questions
- Do I need a plan to reply to reviews?
- No. Replying is on the free business plan, so every owner can answer their customers from the day their claim is approved.
- What happens to my data if I move to a smaller plan?
- Nothing is deleted. Limits count what exists right now, so a smaller plan simply stops you adding more until you are back under the number.
- Can I remove a review I do not like?
- No, and no plan changes that. You can reply to it, and you can report it if it breaks the rules — a person then reads it. A directory where businesses delete their own reviews is worth nothing to the people reading it.
- How do I pay?
- Prices are in USD. You can pay from your wallet balance, or send the amount through the payment methods shown at checkout — the local figure is worked out for you there.
